MPA Program

The MPA program of Hubei University aims to cultivate students from the government and other departments to become leaders with global vision and good governance thinking. The project educates and inspires students to pursue the quality of public services by cultivating their leadership and policy innovation abilities, so that they can promote social welfare in a rapidly changing and volatile governance environment, while adhering to the values of efficiency, fairness and accountability. In 2005, Hubei University was approved to become the third batch of MPA training unit in China. In the same year, the MPA Education Center of Hubei University was established, which attached itself to the School of Public Management for enrollment training and daily management. Since the launch of the MPA project, its education quality has been recognized by the superior departments.
